PHOTOGRAPHY

This is were it all began for me several decades ago. I was sitting on my dads knee as a youngster in his darkroom, he specially built in our back yard next to the outside toilet of our terraced house, showing my age now. What I witnessed just gripped me as I was watching an image appear on a piece of paper that was in a dish of smelly chemicals, (which I miss). I was completely hooked at this and I knew then that this was what I wanted to do when i grew up.

As part of that process as a teenager I took on a paper round so that i could purchase my first camera, which happened to be a Praktica 35mm SLR . After achieving an excellant pass mak at school in photography I went on to achieve my BTEC Dip. in photography forging a career that was my hearts desire.
